HOUSTON (AP) _ Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (EPD) on Wednesday reported second-quarter profit of $673.8 million.

Theis joe bonamassa in a relationship Houston-based company said it had net income of 31 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were 46 cents per share.

The results beat Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 39 cents per share.

The provider of midstream energy services posted revenue of $8.47 billion in the period.

Enterprise Products shares have climbed slightly more than 9 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed nearly 7 percent in the last 12 months.
